qw (2010)

qw ("cuvée") is a filling game in the style of Qix, but with different game mechanics to make it work well on touchscreen devices. The initial prototype was created as part of the Super GameDev Weekend 2010 at Metalab Vienna.

This is a rebuild of version 1.9.1 of the game, dated 2012-11-05, plus the 1.6.2 version of qw for the Nokia N9 as well as the source code for the 2.0.0 release.

The goal of the game is to fill areas as big as possible without being hit by an enemy, as every enemy encounter cuts your score in half. Get point multipliers for killing enemies by enclosing them in filled areas.
