Marble Scroll Plus (2026)

This is an enhanced version of "Marble Scroll" by Primož Bečan, but with smoother scrolling and a configuration dialog that allows for configuring the sensitivity (how many pixels one needs to move for one scroll event) and speed (how many pixels one scroll event scrolls).
